We are suspending face-to-face appointments for all of our services at Hope Harbor due to COVID 19. We are continuing to provide services for all group therapy, Individual, and Evaluations via phone or ZOOM video conference.
The video conference appointments and groups will be continuing as an option until further notice.
In order to attend a class or individual appointment through video, the conference client MUST make payment 24 HOURS prior to the start of class. Once payment is made you will be sent a link to join the meeting by email. Therefore, it is important that you provide an active email when making payment. Once you pay for a session, you have to go to that session. It will be a $50 charge to reschedule if you do not show for a session.
To make a payment, you can pay online under the payments tab, or by calling the office.
NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Once that payment is made, you can visit the ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE tab in the menu for more information on how to install and use the application via cell phone or computer.
