**In order to attend a class or individual appointment through video conference client MUST make payment 24 hours prior to the start of class. Once payment is made you will be sent a link to join the meeting by email. Therefore, it is important that you provide an active email when making payment.**
In order to access the video conferencing, you will need to access Zoom. This is a free service that can be accessed via the internet or you can download an app on your phone.
The following explains how to enter into the conference once you have obtained the URL
1.Go to https://zoom.us/join
2. Enter in the meeting ID
3. Enter the password (received at time of payment).
